Cinematic and Dining Excellence
Christchurch's new Hoyts entertainment centre offers an immersive dining and movie-going experience. The complex has seven movie theaters varying in size from 700m2 to 250m2, two commercial kitchens and several food outlets & bars.
In the cinemas Hush installed a Screwfix grid with structural and sound capability and then a hanging black ceiling grid underneath with acoustic tiles. We also installed a complicated sub-structure to accommodate seismic requirements and enable further finishing to be installed on the ground floor.
